Female Outfit Director
An open-source, MIT-licensed Codex Skill that plans and scripts beat-synced outfit-change videos for a single adult female character. It locks identity from a reference image, generates five-outfit collage keyframe prompts, and outputs a shot-by-shot video timeline with 12 swappable transition mechanisms like sticker fly-ins, sleeve wipes, spin handoffs and action beats.

The Skill is Female Outfit Director, a Chinese-language workflow built for Codex and other Skills-compatible agents, MIT licensed on GitHub.
What it produces is a complete production plan for one kind of video. The same adult woman, five outfits, a collage keyframe, and a beat-synced outfit-change clip.
Feed it a reference image and it locks the face, hairstyle and vibe, so every outfit stays the same person. No reference image and no nationality specified, it defaults to an original Chinese adult female character. It then generates the five-outfit collage keyframe prompt, plus a shot-by-shot video timeline, a condensed video prompt and negative constraints.
It ships with 12 outfit-change mechanisms. Character stickers flying in, a sleeve blocking the lens, a spin handoff, sticker page flips, action beats, that kind of thing. You can lock the duration, aspect ratio, camera, outfits, beat timings, music and motion, and whatever you specify overrides the defaults.
The defaults, for reference. 9:16, 8 seconds, five looks including the starting one, one big central figure plus four floating full-body stickers, fixed camera, no background music, only the clicks, whooshes and beat hits the swaps need.
The default transition, M1, works like a consumable sticker. Click a small character sticker, a full cutout copy flies in, the original spot empties out, the copy moves to center and scales up, aligns head, shoulders, waist and pose with the central figure, the swap triggers, then the copy and a white dashed outline both vanish. One person left, no ghosting, no leftover stickers.
Install is a git clone and a copy into your Codex skills folder, then you call it with $female-outfit-director and describe what you want.
